Your responsibilities as a Store Coordinator will include assisting the Stores & Inventory Control function in the delivery of supply chain operations for aircraft and non-aircraft parts, tooling, and equipment that are necessary to support aircraft and simulator maintenance operations at EFTA. Guarantee that the General Civil Aviation Authority Civil Aviation Regulations (CAR) and any relevant Emirates Group policies are followed.

Duties
Your duties will encompass, but are not restricted to:
- To provide a maintenance service that is customer-oriented, accurate, timely, and value-for-money, it is essential to report hazards and manage risks.
- Keep up-to-date with regulatory and mandatory training courses, including aviation security and safety management systems.
- Be eligible to serve as a products receiving inspector. Receiving items from vendors or quarantining and rectifying non-conforming items as they occur. Provide customers with the necessary instruments and spare parts to satisfy their needs.
- Manage the repair process of rotable assets by ensuring that unserviceable items are dispatched for repair or refurbishment. Arrange for the calibration of instruments, maintain 100% availability, and discard items in accordance with CAR. Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized, report any facility defects, and supervise the repair process.
- Utilize the maintenance information system to oversee all supply chain operations. In order to effectively and efficiently communicate and process information, utilize Microsoft Office software solutions. Utilize Emirates Group applications and software as necessary.
- As directed, provide customers and management with information regarding stock levels and supplier performance. Collaborate closely with maintenance management to identify and procure consumable spares and capital to enhance off-shelf satisfaction rates.
- Liaise with vendors to coordinate services, such as delivery and repairs. Proceed with warranty claims without incurring any losses for the EFTA. Inform management of vendor performance and suggest alternative vendors.
- Offer supply chain services to facilitate EFTA workshops and optimize the availability of products that have been repaired at EFTA.

Qualifications & Experience:
In order to excel in this position, you will need the following:
- Flight Operations.Additional Qualifications: Twelve years of formal education or its equivalent (3+ years)
- Experience in the Engineering, Materials, and Stores supply chain environment
- Experience in the management of inventory and stock, with a minimum of two years of experience at the supervisory level
- Excellent understanding of inventory control and computer applications
- Good understanding of the procedures and requirements of storekeeping
- Capacity to identify and recognize a variety of aircraft maintenance tools, materials, and parts
- Knowledge of Oracle and the Maintenance Management System
