JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guarantee that daily objectives are consistently achieved.
- Greeting consumers and determining their specific requirements or desires.
- Describing the merchandise and providing the customer with instructions on how to care for the fabric.
- Suggest, select, and assist in the acquisition or location of merchandise in accordance with the requirements and preferences of the consumer.
- Totalize purchases, compute sales prices, and accept and process credit or cash payments.
- Respond to inquiries concerning the store and its products.
- Retain awareness of the most recent security practices, payment and exchange policies, and sales and promotions.
- All merchandise that is folded must be precisely folded and arranged in the correct order.
- Be vigilant for and identify security risks and thefts, and be prepared to prevent or manage these situations.
- Stock inventory and new stock requisition.
- Ensure that the price of the items is clearly indicated, and arrange and exhibit the merchandise to increase sales.
- Accept returns and exchange merchandise for consumers.
