Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional, cheerful, and outgoing demeanor in order to deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Greeting and welcoming clients and guests upon their arrival at the FBO terminal.
- Oversee the documentation and custom requirements of passengers.
- In a timely and precise manner, address customer requests, including menu ordering and seating arrangements at the FBO terminal.
- Address customer grievances in a manner that is both polite and amicable.
- Arrange and compile the flight information for the passengers who are expected to arrive the following day.
- Ensure that the movement of passengers and cargo is coordinated both within and outside the FBO terminal.
- Assist with duties during work events, such as exhibitions and shows.
- Perform any additional responsibilities that are assigned by the Line Manager.
Compliance-related duties:
- Maintain documented evidence regarding their role’s performance and comply with the organization’s or department’s documented procedures.
- The employee is expected to fulfill their duty of care and must be cognizant of their health and safety obligations, accountability, and authority. Additionally, they must adhere to the organization’s policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Official Certification or Bachelor’s Degree
- A valid UAE license is necessary.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a preference for expertise in a second language
Skillset:
- Proficient in the English language
- Intermediate proficiency in information technology (MS Office database administration)
