What will I be doing?

As a Front Office Host, you will be a member of the Front Office Team, responsible for providing services to guests to ensure an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out and conducting audits as necessary. A Front Office Host is accountable for the following tasks to the highest standards, as they have a significant impact on the initial impressions of our Guests:

  • Achieve favorable results from guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain an expedient reception experience for guests, which includes the completion of audit procedures and the check-in/check-out process, as necessary.
  • Guarantee that the Guest Service Manager is apprised of all pertinent feedback from visitors and/or other departments.
  • Present an exceptional quality of customer service at all times.
  • Participate in suitable training courses as needed and contribute to the Night Team’s training and development initiatives.
  • Display a comprehensive understanding of the hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, and other general product knowledge that is essential for the successful completion of daily responsibilities.
  • Maximize room occupancy and employ up-selling strategies to advertise hotel services and amenities.
  • In accordance with the hotel’s credit policy, adhere to the appropriate procedures for the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards, and currency.
