In this position, you will: Represent Apple and exert influence within a single partner store to develop business plans, meet partner sales objectives, and expand the business. In addition to fostering exceptional customer experiences and cultivating brand advocates, collaborate and train reseller teams on our products, services, and merchandising guidelines.

Encourage and educate store teams to remain informed about the most recent Apple product and service offerings. Communicate the benefits and values of the products through product demonstrations and consultations, either individually or in groups, to meet consumers and promote the Apple ecosystem. Establish a community of devoted Apple customers who will return to provide guidance on future Apple purchases.

Maintain Apple’s exceptional commitment to merchandising and brand standards by striving for excellence in your store.
