Your Day to Day

In summary, your responsibilities as a Guest Service Agent will include the check-in of guests at this lifestyle hotel, which is situated in a strategic area of Dubai and features a vibrant design. You will guarantee that all booking details are accurately recorded, billing instructions are clarified, guest folios are updated, and all transactions are balanced at the conclusion of each shift.

In all interactions with visitors and colleagues, you will represent the Front Office Department in a professional and courteous manner. In order to guarantee that all aspects of shifts are executed accurately, you will execute the shift checklist.
